Sometime in your life, you’d meet

- someone who will catch your attention
- someone who seemed to be very intriguing
- someone you’d like to know more about
- someone who’s always by your side
- someone you’ve shared secrets with
- someone who makes you happy
- someone who have seen your darkest hours
- someone whose thoughts alone makes you smile inside
- someone who have touched your soul
- someone you’d keep in your heart, forever..

but sad to say,

There’s no such thing as forever;
people come and go -
& you’ll never know a person’s worth,
not until they’re gone.

Now all you can do is cherish
all those precious moments you shared,
keep all those memories inside your heart,
and be grateful that sometime in your life,
you met and loved that SOMEONE.

Lets Learn the Persian Language!

The University of the East in cooperation with the Iranian Embassy to Manila and the International Students Office will conduct a Three Month tutorial of the Persian Language for FREE at our university. Schedule will depend on the numbers of people who will enroll. It is open not only for students but also from professors and faculty members.

The Fine Line Between Friends and Lovers

I never thought you could be my friend,
Whom at times I can depend.
I never thought we could be this close,
Though we have our own differences and flaws.

Times passed by and I begin to realize,
My heart, you have started to colonize.
Though I know you can’t see it in my eyes,
Deep inside me love started to arise.

I keep my self on pretending,
Though my heart keeps on crying.
But until when I can afford to hide,
My feelings for you I kept inside?

I tried hard to let you know,
The feelings I’m scared to show.
Because I fear of losing you my friend,
And a love that I never could really have.

God show me the way,
I want our friendship to last come what may.
